The Flobility system was designed to help relieve and manage pain, improve posture and mobility, and increase overall strength. It is for those looking to improve their quality of life and/or performance.

Now it's being delivered in a comprehensive app designed to challenge your fitness level and strength while giving you the ability to learn so much about your body through biomechanical/ educational content.

The program itself includes audio-guided programming, follow along style videos, HIIT intervals and meditative guides allowing you to challenge yourself in many different ways. There are upper, lower and total body splits as well as muscle group based intervals to cover whatever style of training you prefer.
